For the record, that's not the idle screw, that is the "throttle stop screw". The one you are referring to is adjusted at the factory and should never need to be adjusted. If there's an issue with the throttle, disconnect the cables, check that the valve opens and closes all the way (throttle lever makes contact with the throttle stop screw) with no resistance, reconnect the cables and re-adjust their tension.
