After a month I am still very pleased with my ride This is the day I got it I have been busy cleaning up the interior and clay barred the exterior and polished up a bit with G3 rubbing compound, G3 polish and G3 resin wax. The damn thing is so bloody big I only managed to do the near side and boot lid so far I started to debadge the arse end too, but will leave the H badge on ... for now I had it tinted a couple of weeks after purchase, thanks to Ross at Oztint UK in Torquay ... nothing too dark, in fact its' fairly light, and looks it given the size of the windows, and the cream interior. This straight after tints, and is the polished side i think you can see the difference in the paint. there is not as much clarity in the reflection on this un-polished side, but the tint looks nice I finally got round to removing the "love you LingLong time Mr Ditch" tyres, and replaced with 4 spanky new Yokohama C-Drive 2 footwear. Thanks to Kennie at Old Mill Garage in Newton Abbot They are such quiet tyres, and with good reason being marketed for the "Luxury Sedan" It's nice to corner in the wet in confidence again With less road noise the V6 is more noticeable, which is nice Also, as I really like the yellow fog lights, and the colour beam that falls on the road, I decided to get some yellow bulb caps that fit over the H4 bulbs for the dip and full beam. I think this is me kicking back against the HID systems with blue hues, as so many have these now, I wanted to go the opposite way ... that's just me Although admittedly I had seen the European lads on the AccordR forum have yellow HID's for the snow and they do look great These were ordered from Germany. As I blew a speaker, I'll be replacing all of them next |

thanks After upgrading the speakers, I'll go for some body work to bring it back to A1 standard. I'd then like to go for air-ride as my Accord coilovers don't fit. Then after winter I'll maybe get some phat rims, but i not seen any that I really like yet ... oh i did but they only fitted Mercedes lol I will further upgrade the ICE with DVD headrests with Bluetooth headphones, and I am looking at options to replace the facia stereo unit with something more 21st century we'll see how it goes |

Beautiful KA9, I noticed you were covering the plates in one of your photos, I'd like to mention that you didn't properly cover them in your photo showcasing the headlights. Anyways very tasteful modifications in the spirit of the car, looking forward to more. |

Very nice, i love the color. Can't wait to see what you decide on wheels. Some Leon Hardiritt Waffe or Ordens would look good on there! Maybe some CCW classics |

ah don't worry about the plates too much, all the others are visible I do like all the wheels you mentioned there B+O, very nice When I decided to go for a KA9, this was the colour i was specifically looking for. Aubergine Pearl, quite close to Pirates Black, so from one angle it's black and the other it's Aubergine (eggplant) In the sunset it looks great: |

Wow, I love the color! I'm not sure if you are aware, but the Legend Ksport coilovers will fit on the RL if you use the Legend forks on the front. Just in case you don't want air ride, you do have options I think B+O had a write up for all of the options? |
