This Sucks!!!

I think I broke my pinky toe.

I just bought a pitbull puppy a few days ago and he's a little shit. He itches himself like crazy all the time so we can't have him sleeping with us. I was taking him outside like a baby cradled in my arms and I was walking down the steps of my deck and I got to the bottom. I *thought* I was at the bottom but there was one more step that I missed. My right heel hit the edge of the last stair and my toes hit the pavement and I buckled and fell down like an old man.

The dog went flying and I hit the ground. Now my pinky toe is all bruised and feels like it's fractured. My wife just got a new job and canceled her insurance and is about to enroll in her new insurance. I don't get insurance because I'm a cook. So, we're SOL. To top it all off, I'm trying to find a job for the winter because my work is seasonal so I'll be limping around everywhere instead of staying off of it.

You know what they say "When you fall down and nobody laughs then you know you're getting old." Well, nobody's laughing now.
