Default How hard is it to fix small rust spots?

since this section is still a bit slow in growing i'll help..

How hard is a DIY fix on rear quarter panel (where the bumper meets it at the end near the wheel) rust what kind of skill level would be required?

Mine is starting to get some there and I hate it since the rest of the car doesn't have rust.

i'd like to have a nice quick < thats a relative term) fix to get rid of it and nice.

I know the proper way is going to be a weld in but a temporary bondo solution that lasts a few years would be better and do a strip and respray of the whole car after that.
