Default Looking for a good, reasonably priced Tinter

Now that summer is all but history for 2011, I finally have enough scraped together to get my glass tinted. Can any1 here recommend a good, reasonably priced Tinter, here in the greater LA/Orange County area? I've already made quite a few inquiries but the ones I would send my business to were too costly, or didn't want the trouble of tinting a Coupe. leaves me with fly-by-niters and product unknowns.

What's reasonably priced? Mine was sort of on the expensive side, but Shoreline Motoring (ShorelineMotoring.com) did an excellent job for $300, though I did have them redo my driver's side window because some bubbles simply wouldn't go away. Their film provides excellent UV protection. I love it.

sound like u got the high grade tint, from wat pricing i've been given, ike the ceramic film or the latest carbom fiber stuff. unfortunately thats a lil out of my range, I'm looking in the $150ish area, but that just means i won't get the deluxe film like yours , just the standard.
but the ppl did a good job u say? and u r happy w/ it?

Yes. It looks factory to my eyes. And the tint was actually only 220, the rest was removal if the garbage that was on my windows before.

11th st. in downtown L.A. I have to hand it to them.. they do a pretty damn good job when it comes to tinting cars. I've gotten ALL my cars tinted by them for cheap. They charged me $110 iirc to tint all the windows on my Legend, can't beat the price.

220 was one of the higher quotes I got, using Llumar film and a lifetime warranty, I'm on a fixed income so I want to keep the cost down if possible, leaves me more $$ for my other needs & wants on the list

That's the thing, it's not actually a shop.. they're mobil I suppose. 11th st. is FULL of car stuff. Those guys post up outside infront of a black gate (can't miss it) and tint cars on the spot. I forget the guy's name though. hgeez: but they're pretty damn good at what they do imo, plus you get a 5 yr warranty iirc.

If you don't have enough for a quality job with quality film wait! The last thing you want to do is go cheap on tint.

The removal is damn near what you paid for the cheap job and the damage to rear defrost lines is very costly to fix. (some times require a new window.)

In the end that 100.00 job will cost you $$$$.
