Lights dim for a sec when brake applied, turn signal, and climate control used

I was just driving and all of the sudden, every time I pushed the brake pedal, turned on the heat, or used my turn signal, my headlights and all interior lights dim for a second. At one point my head unit turned off and back on. This started happening right after I got gas, only accessories on were lights and heat on low. I dont have subs/amps. I do have HID headlights and the left one hasn't been working. Not sure if that would cause any issues. Also I recently installed tail lights from the jy, again not sure if that has anything to do with the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
