How long do engine mounts last

I havent had a chance to evaluate the physcial condition of my engine mounts but relistically what are the chances that given the age and 160,000 miles they are still good?? I have occasonal vibrations while stopped at stop lights and can "feel the engine" pretty well through my pedal while accelerating through lower speeds. These are the little things that bug me, do these sound like they could be attributed to worn out engine mounts?
