they are both called "tie rod ends" a tie rod is 2 parts, a inner tie rod (rack side, thus "rack end" as u call it) and a outer tie rod, they just call it a "tie rod end" its pretty obvious way they call it a inner and outer. those are the terms which they are called by. fact that acura lists it as somethign else isn't something new, its how they translated it. there are many parts called by weird names in the catalog.
