One good day of work would completely finish it. I will be taking all the wood out minus the wall and redoing it with steel.

yea thas crisp sound. your car junky as hell but the windshield clean all day. i just got my boston acoustics (sl95) hooked up and took em out for a beating along with the new kenwood x600 pushin em, and the x1200 pushin them 12" cvx's, the ba's are the truth*, the new kenwood amps are the real deal as well, i am extremely satisfied.what can i use to reseal the outer ring on the sub it has come loose.

on a side note ive got to look at the vent you were talking about, when i had my car apart i swear i could hear bugs hollarin as i ran em over. i also gotta get hot with the deadner, have you ever thought about using acoustic vibration deader? it is a something you put on with a brush in thin layers up to 4.

* ive got a birthday coming up anybody wanna get those pro se's for me?

I really have no idea what you said but thanks haha. I have the same bostons in my car sl95's in the rear I like them over my JLs I once had. outter ring as like rubber ring? just get a new sub or get it reconed. Its probably cheaper to get a new sub honestly.

I personally don't have the liquid deadner but my buddy has it from what we noticed, the foam and deadner outweight the liquid for form and function. unless your a serious audio nut and know how to properly install that stuff etc it's not worth the hassle.

How does that sound deadener you used compare to dynamat?

I had a friend who dynamated his car and in the summer it got so hot outside that the sun made the dynamat expand in his trunk and it caused the body panels to warp and bulge in places. Is there anyway to prevent that?

look at this picture, see the black inner round inside of the grey where the screws go in, when i took it out a screw was lodged in there and it came up. even when the thing is screwed back down you can hear the distorted vibration, what can i use to fix that, whatever was on there before was black?

also what is your name so i can tell dude who referred me?

o i was saying that the sound was nice and clean and really neat. j/p seriously tho it was crisp and not distorted. the cleanest thing in the video was your windshield, it looked brand new.

Wow I can't believe dynamat did that its nuts. depending if he used extreme or regular I can see that maybe happening.

Somewhere on that site should be a heat test, I think second skin pro is the best then my stuff then dynamat extreme. Basically I bought mine because its like second best. second skin is top dog but its also a BIG price difference. Think about it dynamat its a name you hear all the time, can even be bought at best buy. Now would you buy your audio from best buy or somewhere else most people don't hear about (focal)?

Speaking of movie's I'll pop a movie in so you can hear it in the car. It does sound really good haha I normally go to shows with just a movie playing people think it sounds really good.

My name is Lou but I HIGHLY doubt rick will remember me (its just a family business he's the owner) but he deals with over 20,000 people a year so hearing Lou, John, billy bob will be like who? haha

LOL my windshield is all cracked up from stones and stuff, But thank you both for the compliments.
