I screwed the license plate directly through the bracket and into the front bumper on my old “original” sedan after losing it way too many times (I wasn’t the only driver), getting replacement plates.

Just don’t want to do that with the coupe. I’m the only driver and this is the first time I almost lost the plate - it was tapped by/in the indoor garage I’m using to park for work.
