Verizon gives my wife a discount on everything for being a CNA. Similar to Sprint, but her job in health care gets us discounts on the bills, phones, accessories, etc. Pretty nice saving some money

All the major cell phone companies have similar promotions. ATT has 15% off for everyone that has a .edu email. Its just a matter of going to the university's website and searching for the right link. I have a family plan of 4 phones, one of which is an iphone for $120/month.
