I lurk on Facebook and post legend content on my instagram. This coupe definitely had at least one wheel in the junkyard when I found it, but it wasn't head gaskets that compelled me to 3.5 it. In fact, the original block got donated to another rebuild because the HGs were known to be good. I 3.5'd it because the car still burned a lot of oil after a series of oil leak fixes. The rotella treatment wasn't common knowledge yet, and I was young with money burning a hole in my pocket.

That's right! It was great catching up with Eric and his coupe. I can hardly believe it's been 11 years now. Between the two of us, if anyone has less hair, it's me

Yes it was!

I also got together with Ken of CT-Legend last weekend when he and his better half came into town for the NCAA Finals.

Legend network pays nice dividends for sure.

Now, if I can only figure out how to post photos on this forum in lieu of using Tapatalk, which was really convenient until a few months ago...... Guess I'll contact Captain Slow to see how he did it

2/25/2024 12 years of ownership!
Still eating miles, Houston area to Maggie Valley, NC last Spring for SE meetup; Houston area to Blairsville, GA last September for another meetup. 2022 for Wichita NALM.

Not with some hiccups now and then. Last week lower radiator hose clamp failed, hose popped off?.

New slave cylinder, BNIB master clutch cylinder, damper delete, braided steel clutch line hose?. New brake lines (braided steel), new front 300mm rotors, RL front forks with new shocks/struts all around?. I forget what else without looking it up.
