Valve seal replacement with taking the engine out
Engine light on my 93 legend is on and smoke comes out the exhaust but after a while it's not crazy. No overheating of the car which is good news but
Anyway to change valve seal without taking the engine out. I love my legend and don't have a possible $1800-$2000 to have a mechanic do all of that. |

If you are mechanically inclined you can replace the valve stem seals without taking the motor out of the car. For a professional tech it's gonna be 10-15 hours so mostly labor.
CLICK HERE for the DIY I wrote up a long time ago when I did my 91LS. (Link is also in my signature) rich
