Niceee! How's the car now with the raammat? Is it quieter inside? If so how much? I've been meaning to do the same one my sedan, so i'd like to know if it helps.

Doubt it. It pretty much just adds weight. There's already some sound deadening material stock underneath the carpet, and the carpet itself is much thicker and deadening then sound deadener. For the doors I don't think it helps very much either. Hasn't helped my doors at all besides make them heavier.

Pretty well but you'll still be able to see the tan fibers of the carpet deep down at the roots. The SEM paint can't get down to the bottom of the carpet very well. Even if you brush it in between coats you can't get it to look totally black. And adding more coats will just make the carpet harder without getting down to the 'roots' of the fibers. But all in all, the carpet does look pretty black in the end and it holds up well.

Rammat= AMAZING. One night me and X were testing it out the subwoofers before we rammatted the trunk lid and they rattled like CRAZY. After we rammatted the whole thing it was nice and quiet. The only thing that shook was the license plate so we gotta hide some rammat back there somehow. Now that we rammatted the whole car we ain't gotta pay cover to clubs no more cause the sound quality is off the hook! nuff said.

Your best bet to color change would be to use a RITT dye and dye it black first, then follow up w/SEM. That'll take care of the "root" issue mentioned by Wes.

-X- never let me know that the gauges arrived, so I don't have to wonder anymore *lol*
