So I've actually gotten a set of those Jaguar Burlwood picnic tables for another Legend owner WWWWAAAAYYYY back (at least like TEN years ago) so I recognized them the SECOND I started scrolling down.

I didn't know those older eq version head units worked in the Legend. Hmm I have one but it didn't seem to like the code that I was inputting (possibly non functional as it did come from a salvage yard I recall ). Hmm I might try installing it in my coupe for about 15 minutes prior to my OVERHAULING the entire sound system that I already have in hand for its "resurfacing event"

They certainly look great in the car and I did get idea from those who've done it before. Eventually I want to cut a new slab of burlwood to cut it to exact curves of rear seats, reusing the brackets.

As for radio, I believe it had code from seller. I forgot, but I do believe it's possible to retrieve the code if you have serial number.

Jan 23, 2021 - ACC Airrunner Setup. Rear setup was facilitated by Kazu out in Japan to get off old an Japan car partout. Fronts were custom built AT230 Airrunner USA by Shin Okamoto.

Jan. 30, 2021 - JDM Alpha/GS mashup grill.

Shaved down the emblem a bit more so sits straight. Previously sat an an angle.

Two grills were needed to do this. JDM Alpha & oem grill

Cut out center, fiberglassed then cut out Acura badge. Resprayed. Work done by my uncles backyard paint guy and finished off by my friend Chris.

Rob! I had no idea that you had documented the build of probably the most liked and famous Ka7's definitely on Instagram. And most likely one of the tops in the world.
I can't wait to read this now

Hi Michael! I thought I should rep the for L Autos.

Nah, I'm sure Luda still has most liked, but that stuff doesn't matter to me. I just want to show world how awesome these cars were/are. I'm very active in the car scene in California which is prob why it gets photographed a lot, it's not common you see a Legend, let alone one that's modified. I've met countless people that either wished they always wanted one or reminisce about their old Legends they used to have when I bring it out. If I can motivate someone to go out and buy one and restore or save one, that's what drives me to continue. And the rarity of parts makes it more of a challenge.

Feb. 23, 2021 - My friend Hirai out in Hiroshima Japan trades me some Ver. 2 Honda Access Legend visors in exchange for some clothes from USA.

April 7, 2021 - The beginning of the gold package mission. Starting with changing out my plate frames. My hope is I'll eventually get my hands on the Acura Legend gold package emblems new in box.

April 8-9, 2021 - Along with the relip of my rear wheels to 18x9, I decided to change out the hardware to gold while I had them off car.

April 14, 2021 - Fellow Legend owner and Photographer Justin from Chicago did a quick photo session while he visited Socal with his GF.

Added front VIP table built by Junction Produce, for shows only.

Changed out a few engine pieces like the oil cap to a different Mugen cap and Blitz radiator cap.

May 2, 2021 - After asking around I was able to grab a new in box gold package emblem set. I needed to buy a special nut from honda to install antenna piece =\ My buddy Joseph ceramic coated them the next day for free.

May 7, 2021 - Started ramping up my interior accessories and plan for JDM and one-off stuff.

Yes I have the code and the website and instructions to retrieve the stereo codes. I couldn't seem to get it to come on OR if these have an external amplifier it may have been "on" but won't produce any output due to no amplification. I believe though it just didn't or doesn't work.
