Default sap's Sedan Progress Thread (Run 56k, Run Screaming)

I was going to just repost my rust repair pics (which most of you have likely seen) but I decided I should just use it as the beginning of a progress thread. There should be at least a bit more to come ... eventually

I spent most of NALM (and the week leading up to it) begging for rides while my car was at a body shop to get rid of some serious Honda/Acura cancer. Mad props to Kyle at Kirk Kustoms in Republic, MO, he busted his ass to make all this happen in less than a week and it came out fantastic (as I'm sure the few of you who saw my car at NALM will attest). The finished pics are way at the end for those of you who are impatient :P.

Just to list everything that needed to be taken care of at the shop (since I don't quite have pictures of all of it, and this is already going to be really picture heavy), there was severe rust on both rear quarters and just under the grill on the hood, surface rust on both front fenders, the drivers side A-pillar, and the trunk lid. There were dents on the drivers side fender, a crack in the front bumper, the rear bumper had a small dent, and there was a clear bra on that I'd had no success in removing.

Here's the car as I bought it:

Some more pictures of rust:

An old clear bra on the hood:

Dented fender from a cable tray falling on my car when I was parked at work:

Now for the interesting part ...
Some rear quarter panel cutting and welding:

I got a '94-'95 bumper that needed some repair:

Hood, fender, and trunk work:

Antenna shave:

Primer:

Paint:

... and back together, less than a week (but more than 100 hours of work) after I dropped it off:

One random parking lot shot on the way home from NALM:

I've got a lot more progress pictures too.

I'm going to have to go with "maybe" on that one. What exactly I'm going to end up doing is still up in the air a bit.
