Default Another Poor, Neglected Legend

This is sitting in a parking garage in the South Bronx. According to the garage owner it is going to be put on lien for lack of parking fees. Garage owner should have title in about a month. I was told it hasn’t been started up or moved in a couple of years.

The parking spot was real tight so it limited my ability to get better pics.

Garage personnel know my coupe so when the owner of garage showed up we were introduced.

So far, I am lacking parking fees too. I think I'd like to keep it that way

I met the owner of the Legend this afternoon. As soon as the garage attendant went for my car he approached me.

Nice guy, he had the Legend running and showed me engine compartment and interior. Doesn’t seem to have rust issues at all, paint finish nice.

I didn’t get the impression that he was ready to let the car go any time soon. The auto insurance got too expensive. He wants to get a front bumper body treatment. I suggested he remove all the clipped on accessories from the air vents to help preserve them (they were all nice looking and “maintained”); also to revert back to an oem Bose.

Anyhow, will surely run into him again.

By the way, it’s an “LS” based on the heated seats control on the console; now I forget if he said ‘94 or ‘95.

I also suggested he get the “GS” wheels.
