Hi Jonny!

Yes, I still have most of them in storage, a few will be used on this coupe instead. The sedan was a sinking ship for quite some time, so it is no longer with us.

Did the following maintenance items over the weekend:

4.8qt Mobil1 Full Synthetic oil change
2.3qt Honda MTF trans fluid change
Test-fit a new brake caliper setup
New Falken front tires (to replace old, worn, incorrect-size tires)

Another weekend session included:

New NGK Platinum plugs
New NGK ignition wires
Hawk HPS front brake pads

Not likely sir, new fairly sticky Falkens on the front and ABS should prevent that.

Moving on!
  • Resonator delete (highly recommended even without other intake mods).
  • Replaced cracked corner lens and broken rearview mirror (thanks again Juan!).
  • Removed broken radio antenna/motor (photos/weight to follow).
  • Filled antenna hole with Honda grommet 82871-671-000. For those of you who loudly claimed on Facebook that it was the wrong size and wouldn't work - photos coming to prove otherwise.

Ya that resonator is huge for an intake system lol. The first time I saw it, I had a confused look on my face lol.

The resonator was meant to hush that snarling 6 cyl under the hood...remember this was intended to be luxurious

Dumped mine long long ago too!

Really loving your progress on the G1 Coupe. I would love to see the photos relative to the above modifications.
