We would like to welcome all of our new members to AcuraLegend.Org. This site has been created for enthusiasts, by enthusiasts.

Please excuse the dust as we continue to develop the site to better cater to our collective interests.

While it is understandable that starting afresh may be difficult, we hope that together we can build a new and viable home for Legend and RL enthusiasts across the globe. This is our attempt to get back to the roots of the Legend community that began online 15 years ago when paramount to all else was the sharing of information between Legend owners and helping each other through otherwise perplexing problems with our beloved cars.

Again, we welcome you and hope that you join us in making AcuraLegend.Org the new, old home of the Legend and RL community.

Hey, I'm sure we can rebuild the old site here if a mod/admin can get access to the database.

If not, let me know, and as soon as I get my replacement hard drive, I will begin saving full-page copies of the most valuable posts on the old site for transcription here.

There are two ways this can be done, if anyone else is interested in helping.

Technique A: This is for entire threads. Go to the forum thread you think is worth saving, go to file>save page as, and make sure you save it as "Web page, complete." This will also save background, images, etc. on the page.

Technique B. This is for individual posts. It's a bit simpler, especially since very few of the pictures in any posts are actually hosted by A-L.com. Just hit the quote button, copy, then paste either in a post here, or in a word/notepad/something document for later posting here. It will save BBcode, such as img tags, smileys, etc.

Speaking of which, I'm going to make a new thread about saving posts on the old board. I ask you guys sticky it. Let's get a movement going.

+1 ^ I read Telions post on old site, went and took an Acura and wiped my Legend, flushed, then came back and ***** poof ***** there was a new site???
