Default tl-s hub boring

Seen a post or two where other members have bored out tl-s for their legends. I didn't see or couldn't
Find the size of tool they used and where someone could buy one.
From what I measured was that a 6mm or 25/64 rabbet tool would be the one I need, but I can't find one
At the hardware stores or even online.
I bought a set for 135 with tires at a pick a part junkyard that are in great shape , due to being spraybombed
Like 3 times with different colors . I would like some info please

Search "hub bore" and select "show posts"

It looks like 70.1 is a perfect fit and 70.2 is a "safe" bore.

You will find many posts going from those measurements all the way up to 73 which leaves huge margin for error.

Some people have done it by hand but most use a wheel shop to do a really nice job. I have a set of 16" RSX wheels that I need to get bored and resprayed.

70.1 is the correct size some people have done 70.2 cause they too lazy to remove the rust off the hub

Tl-s wheels are 64.1 and require a 70.1 bore to fit the legend hub. So for me to make that cut I would need to cut 6mm in a
Single cut or do a two cut in 3mm.
I seen listed 6mm 25/64 in sae as well as 3mm cutting bit but I get confused on all the options
My router is a craftsman and unsure the shank size

I would pay someone to do it. I've seen several DIY jobs and they looked pretty rough.
