Default Any G1 owners have an extra power steering reservoir bottle "stopper/dipstick"?

I know that is terminology-challenged statement but the little red plug on my power steering bottle snapped (23 years of earning the right to be brittle plus 23 degree ambient temp that morning).

So the first chore is to get it out without breaking into pieces inside bottle.
Already checker Pic n Pull her in Tallahassee---no G1s.

There is an '88 90 miles away at Panama City Beach.

Anyone have one I can buy?

has anyone found out that the same part off other vehicles (any thing Japanese) will be same size and work instead?

Thanks

I do know that hondas and acuras use pretty much the same power steering reservoir. And they all have the red caps. Maybe one from an accord, vigor, or integra would work. But I am not sure of this.

I have one for a G2 available, but I don't know if they are the same. It's just a red cap with about 1 inch of plastic wing-like washers that taper in toward the fluid.

I think they are different. The G1 cap is threaded.

I purchased a new one from a Honda dealer a few years ago. I can't remember the exact price but I seem to recall it was relatively inexpensive... under $20 for sure

Definitely different from G2's PS reservoir filler cap/dipstick ...thought I had one laying around in my "junk" drawer, must have given it to someone else! I'll pick one up on my next junkyard run.
