FS: 2008 Honda S2000

The car is in excellent condition with 38,776 miles, but needs a soft top due to tears from frame burring. The photos should speak for themselves. I’m owner number three, and carfax can confirm there have been no accidents. I’ve never tracked or raced the car and I very much doubt it could have been tracked or race before me based on the condition I bought it in. The car has a tinted rear window but is otherwise stock. The tires have 6/32 tread or better. Owner’s manual, three keys, soft top cover, and front license plate delete plugs are all included. In my four years of ownership, I’ve performed a valve adjustment, and changed the transmission, differential, and brake fluids. I take care of my things. Anyone would be lucky to own this car.

Some time next week the car will be at a local dealership in consignment. This means that the title will remain in my name, but the dealership will arrange viewings, test drives, and paperwork. The dealership will be able to set you up with financing, temp tags, and even shipment if you so desire.

It is my last choice to sell this car. I’m going back to school. Feel free to ask questions. I’ll update this thread to indicate when the car is at the dealership for sale.

Pricing the car is pretty difficult. There aren't enough cars in a 100 mile radius to inform my decision. There are a number of 80k+ mile cars and a number of 5-25k mile cars, but almost all of the cars on the market are older than mine because they made fewer and fewer cars as the years wore on. The real minters are AP1s but that means they're 5-8 years older than what I'm selling. I don't know how to correlate their price and age to my car.

It's a strange market. I hope you're right.

I don't know about a test drive, but it couldn't cost that much to ship down to Florida. $4-500
