** I chose just to redo it real quick so anyone can redo the format later,its late and i worked 10hrs today.
I want to make aware i do not do throttlebodies anymore. Also for people wanting to do a full motor buildup to hold 400hp+(and have the cash) the blocks can have the sleeves removed by machining and new ones made, however do to the cylinder spacing you can only go up to 3mm?? bigger overall on each bore safely if i remember right and sleeves will cost at LEAST $800 for the right material plus time to put them in. You can do block guards, o-ring block, and labrat is in prototype stages on MLS gaskets(thank god) Any further questions about edits, block info, generic info can be answered and then the first page re-edited by moderator Swaps: 3.5 swap(C35a1) 96-04 Acura RL JDM type 2 swap(alpha touring) Engine upgrades: Reground camshafts by WEB or Crower NEW camshafts in works by member Buzzard Adjustable cam gears made by Buzzard, contact Swift for details on Similiar design, contact info on getting a set C35- type 2 valve train and/or type 2 heads with custom intake manifold 07' Custom MDX pistons telion Crank pulley :Labrat accessory pullies C32- type 2 intake, heads, cams had approximently 15hp tuned on type 1 block.... labrat pulleys ASP underdrive pulley C35 rods C35 headgaskets(better quality) AEM fuel pressure regulator *Walbro fuel pumps Tranny upgrades: Spec clutches are well proven and a great clutch. Stage 2 feels like OEM Swap 5speed flywheel set up to a 6spd to rev faster and lighten by 15+lbs Labrat prototype aluminum flywheel Level 10 auto upgrade kit WPC/Cryo treated internals Differential: Hondaman LSD *Integra type-R LSD may work Phantom grip LSD Auto differential case is aluminum Manual case is steel/cast(heavier!)-can be swapped Driveshafts: Driveshaftshop custom TUNING: AEM OBD1 STANDALONE Motec Autotronic Custom chipping done by Telion, Sr5guy, and Swift(c35 only) for your ECU as well Suspension: The long time favorite- Koni reds with Ground Control coil-over sleeve kit Eibach springs H&R springs Vogtland Koni sport kit Ksport coilovers/D2 **TSX/Accord kits will also work but only as a full coilover(at this time), So you can order a koni yellow kit for a tsx that has full rebound adjustment that is external VS the legends which is partial internal. You can get Teins and others as well. SPC,Ingalls, Eibach make camber adjustment devices ADDCO sway bars and tie bars are a great add on! Many Strut bars on the market now...MLS,KMS, and copies and new prototypes Braking: Type 2 calipers and rotors can be used on type 1 setups-dual piston and thicker rotors, 28mm vs 23 mm Wilwood big brake kits Also can use front 4-pot caliper kit/BBK for other hondas as well with the correct rotor upgrades Bodykits: Sarona, erubini, and others on internet VIS, Extreme dimensions CF hood, Dali racing Front fenders by Sarona/others EXHAUST: REMUS OBX(headers) Kotetu prototype long tube headers(in development) Stromung **what sounds good also is Vibrant mufflers and magnaflow Air intakes: Weapon R K&N ... TURBOKITS/Superchargers: CUSTOM(dv8,telion,gary depriest,others) or Labrat may be releasing a kit in conjuction with Hybirdgsrlegend, Swift is in prototyping phase as well. Both are single turbokits thanks
