Does anyone know how these are attached? Are they just glued in place? I don't see any way that they would be bolted on.

They actually do bolt onto the car. through the trunk lid. There are studs that go through pre-marked spaces on the trunk lid (will need to remove the liner to see those drill hole locations) and there is a specific nut for those studs that hopefully you'll receive/retrieve along with the spoiler itself. I do know for the G2 EDM spoiler that is similar to the G1 spoiler that the fuel rail cover nuts are the same thread as the bolts to the spoiler. I hope for you if you do NOT have the nuts that those mentioned above have the same thread pattern for the G1 spoiler studs. I actually have pictures of the G2 EDM spoiler original nuts as well as my "fix" using the fuel rail cover nuts. I do believe the nuts that go with the spoiler may be ever so slightly longer.

Good to know. Thanks. If I find a trunk with the spoiler, I'll just take the whole trunk lid then.

I can't say I blame you on that one.
I've been tacitly looking for a 1994 Sirius White Pearl Sedan trunk lid WITHOUT a wing that hasn't had the VULTURES destroy the lock or trunklid all together trying to open it without the key. Simple trick is to plug in the battery to ones drill using two wire pieces to the trunk pop button plug (or have a spare plug with exposed wire ends) while in the salvage yard and TAH DAH "Open Sesame" (says a me )! I've come across that scenario a few times.
