What do you mean by doesn't work? If you push the buttons nothing happens or it doesn't deploy to its memory position correctly when you put the key in the ignition?
Are your memory seat lights blinking? If so, this solidifies the likelihood of the following working: Pull the [only] 7.5A fuse in the under-dash fuse panel for 30s or so. Put it back in and see if things work better.

If it doesn't work with the fuse, remove the battery cable (+ or -) and let sit for about 5 minutes. reconnect the battery cable and you should be good to go... If not you will probably need a new switch... (make sure you have your radio code before temporary removing the battery cable).
