It sucks that this state has older cars (not just Legends) by the balls so hard on this one. Look at previous discussions about this and how this is in reality just a scheme to get old cars (that came from a time with higher emissions standards) off the road, and get "poor" people into newer low emissions cars and line their pockets with the sales tax in the process. hgeez:

its $1500. i did it November 2011 with my CB7...car had around 400k miles and everything was broken or tweaked in one way or another except for the engine! engine still ran like new. but i tried selling her for 2 months for $1000 and got no hits so had to sell her to the state...i still regret it though...the civic i replaced it with has gone threw 4 engines, 2 trannys and just about everything else on it has had to get replaced
