Talk me out of buying a Legend KB1
Are there any good reasons not to buy a Legend KB1?
I am looking for a new car for my wife and the KB1 is on the shortlist. I love everything about the car except for the MPG and my wife isn't keen on the looks (when it's standard). A car fitted with LPG will be for sale shortly so the MPG isn't an issue for me any more. I've also promised to do the following to the car to allay my wife's problems about the looks of the car: Tints & Smoked lights (like this) 19" rims Lowered 35mm Mufflers Intake kit We live in rural Wales in the UK so get quite a bit of snow so the SH-AWD is a bonus. So, are there any reasons not to own one? I can't think of any as the cars seem to be reliable, comfortable, well kitted out, fast(ish).... |

The MPG does suck. I've been looking for one as a daily driver for my wife. I also have a new baby on the way soon, so I wanted something reliable and safe. The KB1 is a very safe (thanks to the Advanced Compatibility Engineering body structure) and reliable car (avoiding the 2005 model). The AWD would be great for your climate. It certainly isn't the prettiest Legend, but the looks have grown on me.

The trouble is, she has seen a GS450h at a good price with black paint and black leather. I must say, 0-60 in just over 5s and 30+mpg is very tempting. |

Those cars are stunningly beautiful. I could do without the chrome beak and rear end though.
