Default Another Escort.

This time a '00 ZX2 S/R, one of the rarest Escorts, only 2,110 made total between 2 years. 110 Yellow made in '99, 1000 yellow in, 500 black, and 500 red made in '00. It's a factory riced out model, it came with an Iceman intake, Borla exhaust, B&M short throw shifter, Tokico struts, Eibach progressive rate lowering springs, Energy Suspension bushings, four wheel disc brakes, chipped ECU tuned to run premium, it's own unique wheels, shift knob, and boot, and S/R decals on the trunk and doors. What's the total of this you ask? $1,500 over the price of a standard ZX2 Sport, sounds like a bargain right? lol

Only pic I have of it right now, I haven't picked it up yet. Put a deposit down on Tuesday, picking it up next Monday.

You'll see it has a black hood, flaking paint on the bumper, and rusty rocker panels. It's not going to be around much longer, I'm going to drive it for a bit then use it as a parts car for my '95 wagon, installing the Zetec and 5spd and all the S/R parts onto it.

Oh and it was $350.

There's no point in keeping this one, both rocker panels are gone from wheel to wheel, and the rad support is all bent and rusty. My wagon has no rust and has about the same miles on it.

@Alex, it's not nearly that much, it's like $10 to switch a title then depending on the cars age and mileage usually about $60-$150 to register it for a year. Newer cars are obviously a lot more, but once they hit 10 years old, over 100k miles, and or less than $1,500 value they pretty much cost nearly nothing to register.

About registration costs, I don't know how bad Florida is but Cali is awful. Renewal, simple renewal on our 90 accord just cost $118 ON TIME!!! For one year.
And my 92 is gonna be a little more than that. Out of hand. Not to mention CHEAP gas is $4.30 right now. You're killing me Cali.
Sorry Dawson for ranting OT. It sounds like you just paid $350 to mod the hell out of that wagon. Sounds like a bargain to me.
