Usually you need to sand down the rust (if it isn't too bad), use primer, then paint it the same color as the car. But if it has some holes because of the rust, usually its best to cut that out and weld in a new metal sheet to it.

Thx friscolegend have this problem BCAUSE the sunroof drains got pliers both rear drains so the body or door trim dotted with rusted and rusted away thanks again man
