its pretty straight forward, remove the 2 screws in the center wood trim under the ash tray, pull up from the back by the arm rest carefully until it starts to release, work the console out. 2 more screws under the radio, and it'll slide out and expose the SN, call the dealer, get the code, make sure it works, reassemble.
