Lately (past two days) I have been uncontrollably angry (I can't control my own anger) and I don't know what to do, I go for drives, I go for a run, I listen to music, but I remain furious beyond belief, I am usually not one to get angry, but lately I have been nothing but. There is too much pressure in my life from too many people to keep things going the way that I want. I say fuck the haters, but I can't because these are things I need, like money, school, etc... I just thought I would rant here because you guys give the best advice and I don't know how to cool down, I keep wanting to just break things I am so furious ( I know it sounds cliche), but its the truth. So any advice and insight into how not to be angry at the world would be appreciated.

I know it's frustrating because you do feel enslaved...by school, family, money and your job. I've been there man..We just want to hear you out to make sure we're giving you good advice and general advice that can be said by anyone to anyone

Im fucking pissed off that everyone around me is expecting so much from me, I have ridiculous amounts of work and people on my ass telling me to do this and that, IM FUCKING TIRED OF IT helping everyone out FUck them

I know it's the pressure of fearing failure. Take a deep breath...take ten of them (make sure it's a good ten seconds before you exhale)...then ask yourself what do you want to do (since doing nothing should never be an option). Everyone is on your ass for a reason...not because you fail, but because you're always successful. Sometimes, it's easy for everyone to think you're superman, when you're just the average man with above average successes. One thing at a time man..know what your priorities are in YOUR life..then try to do what best fits your priorities first. It's funny but when you start to recognize your priorities, then all else begins to fall into place.

This man speaks volumes of truth here! I have that same problem...because I 90% of the time succeed at what I put my mind and hands to everyone expects you to do the same for thier situation. Thus they come your way for any and everything . With it being family I will always have to deal with it, so I just learned how.

Take a moment to focus on you and your goals that you're reaching for. As your personal load lightens you can OFFER help to others at that time.

it's a cliche saying, but that sh*t is the Truth... People can expect whatever they want out of you. You're only you... I've been expected to reach lofty levels, of which i knew were not possible for me given the load i was under at a given point in time.

People get disappointed? fuck them, i'm human. I don't even care anymore. When i wake up tomorrow guess what? I'm still going to be me. Just as you will still be you. Letting these people raise your blood pressure is a bad thing.

as JayP said, make your own priorities YOUR priorities. not other peoples' priorities.
