I drove the car to the dealer asking if they could get the radio code for me.
I was told I had to take the radio out in order to get the serial numbers. I'm surprised, I thought the dealer could get the code with the VIN and car present, without having to pull the radio out. I didn't want to go through the hassle of pulling the radio out. Can anyone confirm this ? Should I go to another dealer?
