Default Torn CV boot

Last night, I'm changing my 20 spoke wheels with my GS wheels. I'm on the front passenger wheel, after getting the wheel on, I lower the car. When the weight goes on the wheel/suspension, I hear this sound like air escaping. I was worried it was a hole in the tire, but nope. Immediately I realized around 30mph I have a quiet but noticeable whine coming from my front end.

To keep it short, I ripped the outer boot on the passenger axle. I've been looking up on the Haynes manual, the online service manual, and scanning through A-L.org to find information. Seems like OEM or Raxles are the best options, but Raxles is "closed until April 18" and I've heard rumors that they're out of Legend axles.

Also, there's an oil leak near the oil filter. I replaced the filter with a Napa Gold (part #1334) but its leaking oil down the side of the oil pan, and covering everything. I don't know if they filter wasn't screwed on tight enough, or if the filter doesn't fit or something.

Anyways, spent all last weekend spending money and time perfecting my GS wheels, and now I have actual problems to fix hgeez:

PRAYING FOR YOU. If I'm correct you can replace the boot itself as long as no road debris in the torn boot or axle itself.
