Default WTF???

My engine is making a whurrling noise and i cant figure out what it is, attached is a youtube link and it is the best discription, can you guys give me some pointers as to what it could be. I cant afford to have it towed to a shop so i gotta fix it on my own. Appericate it

That car struggled way too much to start. I would try and fix that first. Was anything done to the car recently?

I have changed the radiator and some hoses but that's all.

Check all the connectors including the tps sensor by the throttle body. Also double check the vacuum lines. Did this happen after changing the hoses?

That video is almost a year old. I'm guessing it's not yours? We can't diagnose someone else's engine sound and tell you it's your problem...
