Default Heater core

Just wanna say I resisted pulling the interior apart to replace a heater core for the last 8 years. Finally did it and it took me 6 hours plus many beers. I finally have heat. LoL I think I should buy a clutch kit before it goes extinct too.

oh man, congrats! I'm getting close to having to do this job too on one of my girls and I am so not looking forward to it. Ive mostly left her as a strictly summer car but ive been driving her around this week in -15c freezing my ass off. luckily I get some heat but not much at all. Did you use anything specific to guide you through the process?

Nice!! I want to do mine just to have it clean, other than that I have no issues at all with my core.

I just use the online repair manual. Then head to the junkyard and rip one out. Using junkyard car as my tester. LoL
