Due to non payment of people there are around 4-6 radiators still left as of 2/12/2022.

I am pretty busy but they will go on Ebay shortly unless people call dibs.

These will come with proper drain plugs as well.

Buyers be aware, Ben Groeschl AKA Swift will send the radiator but if it’s damaged in transit and you need to file a claim please have the shipping company send YOU the check and not the shipper. Ben with in turn keep the check himself and offer you $25 to have the radiator repaired!!!! As if he incurred a loss and you’re stuck with a damaged radiator needing to be fixed!! This happened to me so good luck….

It wouldn't be a Legend group buy if the organizer wasn't doing some shady shit. Unbelievable

Commenting just so the right thing is done. Swift you didn’t lose anything… you were paid by this guy, and the insurance on the package.. how you would’ve lost anything is beyond mind numbing to comprehend. You’ve getting paid twice at this point and dude still has zero working parts.

So far 27 buyers of over 37 radiators have been happy. I even refunded with proof of receipt for the drain cocks.

So when one one individual yells and screams on multiple platforms, do you really think a business would allow that, warranted or not?

The matter will be resolved one way or another within two weeks with the decision fully in Sean's hands now that he has been educated on UPS and Shipper policy to the extent I feel I have the energy for.

* He thinks he gets to keep the bad radiator and get another one for free or get a cash reimbursement when any manufacturer asks for the product back. UPS knows this and also knows how the scam works, hence why I the Shipper get to make the decision. I am asking for the radiator back to see if I can repair it to be used by another customer since this is a limited batch, and he will get a cash reimbursement at this point. Even the manager at a UPS store says this is how it works. I have also not cashed the reimbursement check by UPS and have evidence of this, so in no way have I defrauded anyone despite his hilarious claims.

Truth. I work for a company that sells pumps. If I sell a pump and it got damaged in transit to my customer, the customer makes a claim with the shipping company. (Ideally my customer would inspect the delivery before signing for it, but that doesn't always happen) The shipping company pays me for the damage they caused to the product. I will gladly ship a new pump out to the customer once the original one is returned. The return shipping charge of the damaged product is either paid for by the customer or the shipping company if the customer negotiates that with them.

I am in sales, this is the method to follow when items are damaged.

If you're wanting the damaged radiator back, then you should pay for shipping it. The buyer agreed to pay a certain price and shouldn't be responsible for anything aside from getting exactly what they paid for.
