I bought the EXAXT same car in 2014; a 2010 TL SH-AWD Palladium Metallic color (depending as it had a second name also as I recall) but alas only an automatic. I kept the Legend however as a toy and then the dreaded VANDALISM on the Legend in December 2015 happened.

I traded in the TL in 2018 on something more efficient on fuel and still lots of fun (2013 Infiniti M37S)

Trying now to get my 1993 black on black 6sp Legend Coupe back amongst the running after suffering the dreaded BHG (Five year anniversary on that event just passed - Februaty 8th 2019)

The key with me on social media is just to lurk for parts and occasionally I'll find a thread to comment on or join the Lou Pricing bashing!

is he STILL pricing stuff like it's made out Titanium, Manganese Cobalt, and wrapped in gold? Wild. still kinda funny. but, at the end of the day if someone pays it, they get what they get.

One of my friends used to borrow the Legend more than I ever drove it, so in 2018 I just signed over the title for him to do as he pleased. He ended up trading it to someone else in a personal deal, and I think it's still kicking around somewhere around me. I haven't gone to look for it yet.

I recently stumbled across a list of mods and upgrades I wanted to do to the Legend back in the day, and realized I've actually done all of them on the TL now that I could afford it . Full exhaust, KTuner tune, handbuilt custom grille (i hated the "power plenum" beak nosed BS), and I'm just now finishing up a projector retrofit/swap with modern Morimoto Micro D2S 5.0 Bixenon projectors.

Uhm and Beyonce personally owned it and Mother Teresa had blessed it and she got it from one of the twelve apostles directly. Yes he does whenever someone is "silly enough" to pay his asking prices. He charges more than Acura did/does!

I check the forum about once a year. Glad to see y'all are still active. I never got into another Legend after donating mine (probably crushed) 10 years ago. Miss that car often, especially when I see a Legend on the road.

Haven't been here for a while but decided to check in after doing some housecleaning. Good to see some familiar names. Dethred didn't you drive up to Easton about 20 years ago to check out the 6spd I had for sale?

I did indeed, I still regret not being able to get that. Good memory! I also bought a bunch of Type A interior parts and picked them up from one of your family members in Fredericksburg, VA. I miss that car. Glad to see you are doing well! Every time I see a Legend all these memories come flooding back!
