by doing that would it eliminate the auto feature from the master switch?

ok well do you know how to install the 530T normally? If not refer to the DIY on this thread and the one I made. As for auto at the other windows the device needs to be linking in between the switch and the motor at the door you want one touch operation from. So you will run 4 wires from the 530T unit to the door you want and cut all four of the window wires between the motor and the switch and tap in with the 4 wires from the unit. This thread and mine have all the info you need as to the color coding of the wires.

Yes i know how to install the 530T normally... oh ok so i have to run separate wires alll tha way down to the other door... can you tell me the color of wires that need to run to the other door?
