If somebody can get the width of the s/c body you could build a cardboard box the same size and measure the clearance between it and the head/upper half of the intake manifold. I'm sure the schematics are available online including ones for the prop shaft system.
Genius! awesome idea,
Yesterday i was looking with my mechanic to some SC setups one using a V12 merc engine other was a LS6, we where wondering how they converted the TB setup.

I btw i have detailed drawings for the S/C's
I'm going to upload them right away

^awesome man I think creating a mock up s/c would be the best way to figure this out. For cooling the air you could run a laminova system either in the upper chamber of the manifold or if space allows, you could create a small plate to sit between the s/c and the upper manifold that holds the laminova cores.

yeah i was playing around with that idea for a while, my company specializes in NSX's the laminova works great on them as do topmount eaton's

anyway that would infact be the same way the OEM honda intercooler works on a C20AT turbo legend

exactly except with the s/c flipped so it sits under the stock manifold so you can keep your hood clearance.
Edit: The problem I see with a topmount is that the manifold would have to be a one-off. It all depends on how much work you want to put in to it.

indeed this will also allow for long runners keeping torque where it should be

hmm now running the return shaft might be problem since down low there isnt enhough space between the heads you might need to revert to running it trough the plenum,

Which isn't a disaster as you could incorporate it in to the top of the plenum chamber, working as a splitter.
IF the shaft would run in the center of the plenum which it doesn't

If i only head a spare manifold here i'd mock it up.

preferably you'd use 3 sprockets to switch direction since that will mean zero maintenance although costly.
Since running a belt there will just make for some annoying maintenance, chain drive would be more practical if you can get a custom timing chain that short.

you could offset the s/c to allow room for the shaft to run. I would think sticking with the tried and true belt drive would keep things less complicated.
