I use to hold shit in, and then black out on people and fuck them up.
im pretty sure it looked like this minus the smile ![]() then I realized I was a victim of giving too much of a fuck. so I stopped and my life changed. for example, my gf of 2 years just broke up with me today... I felt a storm of emotions brewing inside of me, and then I just didn't give a fuck. Hope this helps, Best regards Duce.

I used to let myself get angry. I still do, but when it happens, no one knows.
When people are angry that's when they're the most vulnerable. You don't want to be in that position, I'm sure. Take control of the situation. Feel the energy created by the anger. Realize that anger only clouds your judgement. Harness the power of your anger- Make the power of anger your BITCH. Learn to be more calm as your anger progresses. At the moment of impact, when your anger completely explodes inside of you, if you can control it and turn it into a nice, calm, smooth, welll thought out statement/plan/act you will realize that people are at their weakest point when they're at the end. And you will be in total control. The energy and rage that makes you ball your fist is exponentially more powerful if you have complete control over it. Or just listen to some Neil Young and go the THC route. It works. |

I will say I have learned that when you don't care about something, you don't own the problem.

Feign harder
![]() I understand what you mean about meeting people and then they take advantage of you. I'm a network admin, and when people find out, it's always, "Hey, I have this computer problem, can you help me out?" So I always break out with something like, "Yah, man, that's cool, bring it over on Saturday. I'm (building a deck/extending my covered patio in the backyard, putting 220 in the garage, etc), and when I get finished working on your computer, you can help me!" Or my other option is to tell people I charge $100/hr for computer work b/c my time w/my family and my other projects is valuable, and if the building doesn't scare them away, the fee usually does. |

^ Thats actually very good advice, and I happen to get extremely similar treatment, I am a software developer and people try to take advantage of all their computer problems through me, next time I'll suggest that they help me on some random automotive project, like "hey, I'm pulling the motor and disassembling the internals, its going to take about 24 hours of labor to meticulously clean each piston and valve, want to come over?
