I just need someone to sponsor me. I figure about 6 grand should do it. lol

How about this idea. It might make things slightly simpler.

I figure you might get a crank pulley made with an extra groove for a supercharger belt?

It's always an option for whoever steps up to the plate.

but if you could work that out and have a bracket run off the alternator bracket it be great
Tons and tons of room if positioned just so. It would have to be a snub cone, but still alot of room there. There is 12+ inches slightly to the right of the cam gear to the radiator support (assuming taking out that little black box I circled in a previous post). You would need a CCW supercharger, preferrably Vortech V3 (self oiling), or you could hit up the mustang guys for cheap, barely used V1, V2, V5. Just don't go to V2 or V7. The only downside would be an oil line just like a turbo would need. I'm telling you, used sc goes for about 1k (with bov/bypass), tubing $200, intercooler (cheap), tuning by telion or sr5guy (maybe for cheap) lol. so about 3k you can get a really reasonable set-up that would last quite a while.

Vortech and Paxton are both very reliable companies, and usually all you have to do is replace the turbine if one is messed up (cheap). I'm with you guys here I actually don't want to spend more than 1500 dollars..lol. Imma cheapass. Just saw a V5 Vortech CCW go for 550 brand new out of the box on Ebay. But didn't get it as I'll just wait for a V3.

Edit: and I keep my AC , downfalls to this are... More base hp loss due to more pulleys/resistance, and having to relocate the battery to the trunk (a project in itself!!!!).

Thanks , I was at work so I didn't really have a lot of time and had to use an online photo editor, but I think it served the purpose...lol.

Suggestions for Inlet, 90 degree turn to the right (same direction as outlet), and about 7 inches would allow clearance of the radiator by far.

hmm my ideas would place the charger on the pass side to be able to run the piping to an intercooler the way I want as well as intake/filter.

You're wanting a power cooler correct? Food for thought... assuming this is the same as a "air/water" cooler you guys were discribing earlier.

yep air to water.

I do like the cog belt with the tranfer over to a vbelt.

I'm thinking incorporating something like that into the design will let you place the supercharger 2-3 inches further back than just a v-belt.

downsiide is that it's not cheap.

well if you could find a way of getting a GM 3800 V6 eaton supercharger mounted up (main problem would be air feed you'd need to put the TB some where far out connected i guess with a flexible hose they are dirt cheap although i'm very unsure if they'd be up to the task if you can roughly mounted it like ingenious pointed out by telion i guess your only other concern would to make a new pulley.

Problem as you can see the inlet is at the back so you'd need to make a flange and mount a flexible hose (silicone?) run it to the front end (OE filter box location?) and make a bracket with the TB on that.

you could also run two TB's if you'd like then with out much trouble.

Al tough a inter cooler setup is a bit more difficult but i see away it could be done.
Fabing up the custom intake manifold will be pricey.

The problem with the Eaton blowers is that they are rear exit and would require a custom fabricated manifold to mount the blower to. It is doable, but requires a TON of fabrication and moving stuff around for clearance. I wouldnt recommend this type of set up for a daily driver, this would be something for a track only vehicle and would require some MAJOR tuning. IMO the best most versatile set up would be a centrifugal blower, it simply gives you more options for blowers and where to locate them.
