Default Removing Clutch/Swap to 5-Speed Clutch

My release bearing went out, so I am going to drop my 6-speed tranny in my 95 LS Coupe. Can you all help out with some advice on what all needs to be pulled and a list of the parts/seals that I should replace in order to do this right? I have searched this forum, as well as A/L.com and LegendWiki and Gen2 Service manual, and I was still unclear if the differential must be removed in order to get the tranny out. I understand that it bolts to the trans, but has anyone just un-bolted it from the transmission? I definately want to do it right, so if, during this time if it is better to get to the seals in the oil pan-thats what I want. I would like to replace front and rear seals in the trans, the fly wheel bolts (which I havent been able to find. DelRay Acura says those bolts have been discontinued). I will be needing to remove the dual mass fly wheel and replace it with the 5-speed F/W. And advice on the best place to buy the clutch kit and which one to get. I want to retain my stock pedal feel kinda (I'm okay with a little bit of more pressure, but I don't want a great amount of change. Is a stage III a great amount of change? The XTD statement says it's stage III is still fine for "Street". Can you all help me with your clutch experiences? I have started to lead towards the LUK Repset 08-021. The cheapest I found for that kit is $475 from "All About Clutches" on eBay. I was wanting a ceramic disc. What do you think about that?
Thanks to all for reading and I appreciate you feedback!
Brett.....
