Default Antenna Connection to radio

Hi Guys,

I have a question have any of you fixed the connector that goes into the radio for the antenna? I currently bought a new antenna wire (goes from radio to antenna) but it sucks. Its more static than the actual OEM wire that is in the car already. So i was trying to repair the connector instead of getting a new wire. My connector broke off the OEM wire. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

thanks
