interesting for sure - I don't think Facebook COMPLETELY killed the car forum(s), but definitely cut down on the day-to-day chatter. I've never logged into here and been the only one online. It seems this has become more of a reference guide.

Yes this is a REFERENCE guide and for those who like the simplicity of making a post and being able to EASILY access it. I don't know about anyone else but I can't reconnect to a "thread" on Facebook without nearly promising my soul to find it again. Besides I have MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO than spend countless hours of "Facebooking". I come here, know what I want, where/how it can be found and then I'm done. With my recent acquisitions of the Technician Service Manuals ("Legend Bibles") for both my specific year sedan and coupe I can fill in the blanks from the de-activated Wiki pages that we used to have here.

Any way you slice it this place is STILL IMHO the better place for actual Legend KNOWLEDGE verses Facebook "chit chatting and banter". DROPS MICROPHONE!!!

Yes, this forum is so much better for looking up information about our cars. Nicely organized like folders in your personal computer. Search feature included

Hate to search Facebook for information!

Posting photos are an issue though. I?ve done it using ?Imgur? (?) but it?s not so easy, especially if you?re not using it enough to be fluent.

Right now the maintenance on the web forum is not being kept up, so the plug in for posting photos wasn?t renewed almost 2 years ago to enable photo posting from, now I forget which app and can?t find it on my phone anyhow.. it was “Tapatalk Pro”
