Get one of those color matched paint pen things from Acura, or if it's a bigger job than that, Roger has a DIY on rust removal and it has some really good info that you could use

Depending how deep and big the scuff is, you can use a paint pen for a minor fix. Anything deeper is going to require a sand and touch up with spray and clear. You can order rattle cans of OEM paint online. Search for Roger's rust repair thread for more details and info for minor diy body paint touch up.

Run your finger nail over the blemish. If you can't feel anything with your finger nail, the blemish will buff out. In this case, a buffer with some polish should take it out real quick or a decent polish and a lot of elbow greese on a microfiber towel will also do the trick. If you can feel it with your finger nail, dealers can get you a bottle of touch up paint for fairly cheap. Once set, very fine sanding and polishing will even out the patch work and minimize the blemish.

Good advice.

Pics would def help us get a better understanding and help us offer you a better approach, right now we are kind of stabbing in the dark.
