My initial thought would be an arching plug wire. I had that only on light accel and new wires cleared it right up. But thats one theory - could be any number of things unfortunately Id say start...

It's likely a solder joint on the printed circuit board at the top of the cluster. You can either resolder it or get another one. Might as well do them...
