Well those brackets are actually cardboard, it is surprisingly strong stuff j/k I was mocking up possibilities, and am curious of everyone's thoughts on the mounting points. I will also be emailing you shortly

lol I know they are cardboard but what im worried about is the final product if the brackets are to be somewhat that thin in the end I could just see them bending. it seems like the bar needs to come into direct contact with the bracket around the strut and be welded there. maybe further bending would be required.
