I'll try to be as detailed as I can. I have a idea what's wrong, but I'm not completely sure, so I'm looking for some input from others to see if I was correct in my diganosis. First problem was while i was driving the upper radiator hose bursted causing the car to run hot, so i repalce it and bled the system of air. After this the car continued to run hot. I gave eveything a good look over to find the small hose at the bottom had a split in it causing coolant to leak out. I replaced it and bled the system. Now the car refused to start. After jumping it, it would'nt hold a charge for very long. I replaced the battery and the problem continued, so I relizied it was the alternator. After replacing the alternator the car was back running, but was still running hot. Bled the system again and notice a lot of air bubbles coming from the bleeder. More than I thought should be, being that I have bled the system several times. I drove it around to see if it would still run hot and it did, but it went back to normal then hot again. This continued the whole short drive. I'm thinking a SHG!!!

Your assessment seems correct. Are the fans coming on? When last was the thermostat changed? If the thermostat is good the lower radiator hose should be warm when it opens up. Also when bleeding the system is the ac on full hot?

The fans are working properly and i don't have the resoruces to do the test. I use the lisle funnel the first time, but I have been doing it by bleeder value.

He just meant the heat. You need the heat on full when bleeding

How many inch is it when your thermostat is fully open. Pics would be great also. The reason for this question is because I removed my thermostat and boiled it. It opened about 1 or 2 inches.
